Syrian Armed Forces: Downing Russian jet shows Turkish support for terrorists

Downing the Russian jet shows that Turkey sides the terrorists and harshly violates Syria’s sovereignty. “Armenpress” reports, citing “TASS”, the statement issued by Syrian Armed Forces representatives informs about this which is spread by the Syrian “SANA” news agency.
According to the statement, the plane of friendly Russia was downed in the territory of Syria after it implemented its combat task.
The Russian bomber was shot down over Syria by an air-to-air surface fired from a Turkish F-16 plane when the bomber was at an altitude of 6,000 meters at a distance of 1 km from the Turkish border. The jet dropped 4 km away from the Turkish border.
According to President Putin, the Su-24 plane incident in is "a stab in Russia’s back” delivered by terrorist accomplices.
