President Sargsyan attends event dedicated to 50th anniversary of Physics-Mathematics Special School

President Serzh Sargsyan attended the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Physics-Mathematics Special School at YSU after Artashes Shahinian on November 24. The ceremony was held at Aram Khachaturian Grand Concert Hall.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Information and Mass Media of Republic of Armenia President’s Staff, special envelope maturity sampling took place on the occasion of the anniversary. The building of the Physics-Mathematics Special School and the logo dedicated to its 50th anniversary are depicted on the envelope.
Deputy Director of the school Anjela Nazaretyan was decorated with honorary title of Distinguished Educator. Teacher of mathematics Arman Sargsyan was decorated with Medal of Movses Khorenatsi.
President Sargsyan gave a speech during the event during which he mentioned that the school was and remains among the best educational institutions of Armenia.
The 50 years’ path of Physics-Mathematics Special School was presented during the event, which included different stages of development, achievements and records about new projects were presented.
