YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. Average market prices of tenement houses both in the capital of Armenia; Yerevan and in the regions increased by 0.2% per 1 sq meter in January-September of the current year as compared to the same period of the previous year.

As “Armenpress” was informed by the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Republic of Armenia Government, as a result of analysis of negotiated and offer prices of tenement houses in administrative districts of Yerevan in January-September, 2015, the average market prices of tenement houses amounts to 274.2 thousand AMD per 1 sq meter as compared to 273.6 thousand AMD of the same period last year. The price was 428 thousand AMD in Administrative district Kentron and the biggest price change was registered in Erebuni administrative district where the price for 1 sq meter reached from 250.7 thousand to 251.9 thousand AMD.

63.9 % out of 9142 real Estate deals referred to tenement houses in January-September, 2015. The number of deals of tenement houses’ buying and selling reduced by 19.9% as compared to the same period in 2014, and by 16.5% in the regions of Armenia. The highest average market prices for tenement houses per 1 sq meter are as follows: Ashtarak town in Aragatsotn region 116 thousand AMD (increase by 200 AMD), Masis of Ararat region – 115.8 thousand AMD (increase by 500 AMD), Vagharshapat town of Armavir region -  154.15 thousand AMD (reduced by 50 AMD), Martuni of Gehgarkunik region – 107.65 thousand AMD (increase by 50 AMD), Spitak town of Lori – 99.8 thousand AMD (underwent no changes), Tsaghkadzor of Kotayk region -  292.5 thousand AMD (reduced by 100 AMD), Gyumri of Shirak region - 109.3 thousand AMD (reduced by 100 AMD), Kajaran of Syunik region - 94.65 thousand AMD (reduced by 50 AMD), Yeghegnadzor of Vayots Dzor region - 125.6 thousand AMD (increase by 300 AMD), Ijevan town of Tavush region the average price for 1 sq meter of a flat formed 118.3 thousand AMD remaining unchanged as compared to the same period of the previous year.
