According to the Armenian Prime Minister, the procedures of investigating, formulating and finalizing the results of Gagik Tsarukyan’s implementations of the state budget responsibilities are still in process. Davit Harutyunyan, Minister - Chief of the Government Staff of the republic of Armenia mentioned about this during the question and answer session with the government in National Assembly.

Davit Harutyunyan emphasized that during the latest period, there are a lot of publications over the tax liabilities of RPA entrepreneurs. “There are frequent publications in Media about what is going on in RPA faction and that there are strict tax checks in the objects of the entrepreneurs of the Armenian Republican Party. The answer to this issue is one, the law exists here and the law will prevail”, Harutyunyan mentioned.
