YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Constructions of about 211 billion 43.2 million AMD (over 445 million 756 thousand USD) was carried out in Armenia in January-August. The latter includes construction and installation work of 183 billion 661.4 million AMD. “Armnepress” reports that construction volume increased by 0.2% as compared with the same period in 2014, the same refers to construction and installation work.

According to the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia 13% of construction activities was realized by state budget means, 1.7% by community means, 10.7 by international loans,  2.3% by humanitarian aid, 47.8% by private organizations (6.2% of which are foreign investors) 24.5% by the means of the population. The leading sectors in the volume of construction realized in the first eight years of 2015 are real estate-related activities (29.2%), transport (11.4%), accommodation and food service (7.7%).
