EU and European Council to implement four priority programs in Armenia
YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS. European Union and European Council implement target corporation events with EU Eastern Partnership countries according to the European standards of human rights, democracy and the rule of law, informed the head of the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan Natalya Vutova within the limits of the 2015-2017 Eastern Partnership facility program of EU and European Council, during the presentation of several new programs.”The main purpose of our programs is to support the ongoing reforms in the country; those programs are implemented within the limits of 2015 -2017 structured programming.
Coordinator of the Eastern (Strasbourg) Partnership Facility of the Council of Europe Arkadi Sytine introduced the details of the 4 priority programs which will be implemented in Armenia. “”Within the framework of strengthening the protection of healthcare and human rights in Armenian prisons, assessment of health needs, legislation review and providing medical equipment for 11 medical areas will be implemented”, he explained.
