Edward Nalbandian introduces consequences of Azerbaijani-led ceasefire violations to CSTO 
member states Foreign Ministers

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, President of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council, Edvard Nalbandian, participated in the meeting of CSTO member states foreign ministers in New York on September 26. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Armenia, the ministers discussed the implementation process of the decisions made during the 2015 September session and foreign policy co-ordination issues of CSTO member states. Members of CSTO Foreign Ministers Council touched upon the issues on the agenda of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.

Participants of the meeting exchanged ideas on issues influencing global and regional security, fight against terrorism, situation in Central Asia and Southern Caucasus, the developments in Syria and Iraq.

Edward Nalbandian informed his counterparts about the recent provocations by Azerbaijan, the situation in Karabakh conflict zone caused by the gross violations of the ceasefire regime and measures undertaken in that regard.
