YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. The health condition of Ruslan Mktrtchyan, contract soldier injured on September 21 as a result of ceaseless fire opened by the rival on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, is satisfactory. “Armenpress” was informed about it by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
