YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. President Serzh Sargsyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on September 5.  As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Office to the President of the Republic of Armenia the meeting addressed a number of issues related to the situation along the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan Armed Forces. Both sides expressed their concern over the increasing frequency of ceasefire regime violation cases.  President Sargsyan attached importance to reaching an agreement on incidents investigation mechanism suggested by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Serzh Sargsyan emphasized that the latter will give an opportunity to prevent situation escalations and human loses. The President also assessed positively the frequent observations carried out by the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in such situations.

A reference was also made to September 3-6 “Shant 2015” planned Military Command and Staff Exercises and their objective.
