Prime Healthcare donates $1.8 million of medical equipment to Armenia and Artsakh hospitals
YEREVAN, AUGUST 31, ARMENPRESS. Prime Healthcare Management, Inc., a division of Prime Healthcare Services, one of the largest hospital management companies in the United States, has teamed up with the United Armenian Fund (UAF) to deliver $1.8 million of medical equipment to hospitals throughout Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). “Armenpress” informs, referring to Armenianweekly, that the donation includes hundreds of items, such as ICU beds, anesthesia machines, surgical tables, surgical microscopes, and a large variety of life-saving and medically necessary equipment.
“This is our second major donation of medical equipment to Armenia and Artsakh,” said Michael Sarian, president of Hospital Operations at Prime Healthcare Management, Inc., an award-winning hospital management company that operates 34 hospitals across the United States. “Last year, we provided $2 million of medical equipment to the Armenian Health Ministry, bringing our total donation so far to almost $4 million. We are pleased to continue our support by providing much-needed medical equipment to the people of Armenia and Artsakh,” Sarian added.
