ATHENS, JULY 31, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian community of Greece is preparing to celebrate the opening ceremony of the Pan-Armenian Games to be launched in Yerevan. The Armenian community of Greece told Armenpress that the Armenians will be provided with the opportunity to watch live the opening ceremony of the 6th Pan-Armenian Games at Zavaryan center in Athens.

With that purpose the members of the community decided to prepare dishes from the Armenian cuisine to celebrate the launch of the Games with the Greeks, visiting the center.

Earlier it was reported that several tens of members of the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Youth Union of Greece, arrived in Yerevan to take part in the forthcoming Pan-Armenian Games, visited the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The Armenian community of Greece informed Armenpress that the young people visited Shushi, Stepanakert, Gandzasar and other historical and cultural sites of Artsakh.

Earlier it was reported that several tens of members of the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Youth Union of Greece are already in Yerevan to take part in the forthcoming Pan-Armenian Games to be held in August. The Armenian community of Greece informed Armenpress that parallel to the participation in the Games, the Greek Armenian young people will visit the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and will visit the sightseeing and the cultural sites of the two Armenian Republics.
