YEREVAN, JULY 28, ARMENPRESS. The Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan met with Mr. Gonzalo Urriolabeitia - the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to Armenia. As Armenpress was informed from the Information and Public Relations Department of Yerevan Municipality, the Mayor of Yerevan congratulated the Ambassador on the occasion of launching diplomatic mission in Armenia. Taron Margaryan expressed his hopes concerning the development of business relations between the two capitals. 

Taron Margaryan stated that there are possibilities and perspectives of cooperation especially after the agreement on sister-city proclamation signed by Buenos Aires and Yerevan in 2000.

Mr. Gonzalo Urriolabeitia - the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to Armenia, thanked for the cordial welcome and stressed the importance of Taron Margaryan’s readiness for expanding the collaboration. The Ambassador also noted that he will do all within his powers to engage in more substantive collaboration between Buenos Aires and Yerevan.
