An expert conclusion has been made over the criminal case of assassination attempt on Syunik governor Surik Khachatryan and his companions on May 20, 2015, according to which the 28 bullets discovered at the scene were shot by the “AK-74” 5*45 caliber automatic gun, which was found in an established procedure of search in a nearby building from the place of registration of Henrik Avagyan.
Ara Budaghyan is charged for inducing an assassination attempt (criminal code of the Republic of Armenia, 38-34-104 article, 2nd part, 8th point).
