Armenia’s Defense Minister considers today’s victories to be continuation of heroic battles of 1918

YEREVAN, MAY 28, ARMENPRESS: The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan considers the heroic deeds of the Armenian soldiers, standing on the border, to be the continuation of the victories by the Armenian nation. Seyran Ohanyan told the journalists in Sardarapat Memorial that the victories of the Armenian people are continuous.
“Our victory after the Nagorno Karabakh War can also be considered the heroism of the Armenian soldiers, standing on the border. For us it is a victory and pride that the Armenian serviceman on the border guards the peaceful existence of the Armenian people”, - stated the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Armenpress reports.
Seyran Ohanyan stated that the Armenian nation has always had heroic victories. According to the Minister, after the battles of Sardarapat, Bash-Aparan and Gharakilisa in May 1918, the Armenians had the liberation of Shushi and a brilliant victory in the Artsakh War.
