YEREVAN, 23 MAY, ARMENPRESS. More than 1,000 Azerbaijanis have organized a protest at the Bilyasuvari border checkpoint on the Azerbaijan-Iran border since the customs officers aren’t letting them cross the border.

 Azerbaijani customs officers aren’t mentioning any reasons, as “Armenpress” reports, citing strateq.az.

 The source reports that it’s very hard to see the painful situation that the Azerbaijanis are in. Earlier, Azerbaijani mass media outlets had reported that tens of thousands of Azerbaijanis leave for Iran every day to undergo treatment and purchase different kinds of food and products.
