YEREVAN, 7 MAY, ARMENPRESS. By sentencing former contractual soldier of the Defense Army of Artsakh Arsen Baghdasaryan to 15 years in prison, Azerbaijan has a goal to spread its propaganda around the world. With this, Azerbaijan is trying to contradistinguish between Baghdasaryan’s case and the case of the 2 Azerbaijani diversionists who were arrested and convicted in Karvatchar. This is what Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan said.

 “Azerbaijan’s sole purpose is to show that we have a soldier who made an attempt to make a diversion in the territory of Azerbaijan and contradistinguish between that and the illegal act that criminals committed in the territory of Karvatchar of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, killing innocent people,” the minister said during a briefing following the event held in the Military Medicine Faculty of Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi, as “Armenpress” reports.
