YEREVAN, 21 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. On April 21, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received Chairman of the organization "Democrat Youth Community of Europe" (DEMYC) Javier Hurtado Mira, who had paid a familiarization visit to Artsakh. As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports to "Armenpress", the Foreign Minister welcomed the visit of Javier Hurtado Mira to the NKR in the context of consistent consolidation and development of relations between Artsakh and Europe. 

Karen Mirzoyan expressed hope that the youth structures of Artsakh would be involved in international cooperation on a wide range of issues in order to promote the interests of young people, regardless of the status of the country of their residence. 

During the meeting, at the request of the guest, Karen Mirzoyan presented a range of issues of the NKR foreign policy agenda.
