STEPANAKERT, 21 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. On the night of April 20 at around 05:15, the opponent made another diversion-investigative penetration attempt towards the northeast (Seysulan) of the Line of Contact of the Karabakh-Azerbaijan forces. As the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic reports to “Armenpress”, the frontline forces of the Defense Army, revealing the advancement of the Azerbaijani diversion group on time, moved on to an all round defense and engaged in a close attack. After the clashes that lasted nearly 25 minutes, the opponent left several traces of blood, parts of 5 grenades, one VOG-25 box, 5 empty cartridges, 1 cartridge of a special sniper gun (“Vintarezi”) with 4 bullets, 1 bobbin designed for communication, medical needles, several capsules of different diameters and fled to their starting positions. According to reliable information, during the clashes, the Azerbaijan side suffered at least 1 casualty and had injured soldiers. The forces of the Defense Army didn't suffer any casualties. The other details related to the incident are being clarified.
