World Team Chess Championship kicks off in Armenia’s Tsakhkadzor

YEREVAN, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS: Today the World Team Chess Championship will kick off in Tsakhkadzor of Armenia. The Championship is attended by ten teams: Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, China, Cuba, Hungary, USA, India, Egypt and Israel.
Armenpress reports that during the Championship in case of a victory the team will get 2 points and in case of a draw – 1 point. The official opening ceremony of the World Team Chess Championship will be held at 19:00 pm under the auspices of the Armenian Chess Federation.
