The Chairman of the Standing Committee of Foreign Relations of NA Artak Zakaryan expressed such an opinion during the Parliamentary Hearings on “Ahead of Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga". "Unfortunately, the Eastern Partnership currently lives difficult times and it will not be easy to find an effective and comprehensive solutions for continuing the cooperation. For that, it is completely understandable the cautious approach of EU member states and all interested parties to this issue”, as “Armenpress” reports, Zakaryan underscored.
