GYUMRI, 6 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. The International Conference “Dialogue of Cultures” will be held as part of the “Renaissance” VII International Contest-Festival of Musicians and Performers, which is set to kick off on April 13. The ninth international conference is dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and to the 70^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

As the festival’s press correspondent Annman Minasyan reports to “Armenpress”, the conference will bring together nearly 50 academics from prestigious museums, research centers and universities of Armenia and abroad. There will also be renowned artists from Tajikistan and Belarus. The conference will include speeches by professors of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, Doctors of Arts Svetlana Sargsyan, Irina Zolotova, Karine Jaghatspanyan, as well as leading scientific worker of the Institute of Arts of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Dr. Margarit Rukhkyan and others.

The academic speeches will be compiled in a special collection.
