The Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on the "Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration and links with compatriots" Leonid Slutsky condemns the brutal crime committed against the Armenians in 1915. The Russian parliamentarian stated this at the course of the press conference held in Armenia’s Gyumri.

As reports “Armenpress”, among other things, the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on the "Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration and links with compatriots" Leonid Slutsky underscored: “A vast delegation will arrive in Armenia from the Russian Federation led by President Vladimir Putin to attend the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. We offer our condolences to you and urge the whole world to condole with these events, which took place in 1915, to recognize and condemn that horrible crime against humanity.”
