YEREVAN, 26 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. On March 24, the Permanent Representation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in the United States of America organized the screening of the documentary film “A Century-Long Genocide: Black January of Baku” at the St. Mary Armenian Church in Washington D.C. The film screening was preceded by a reception. As the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, Permanent Representative of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic to the United States of America Robert Avetisyan briefly presented the purpose of the film, the history of the Armenian community of Baku and emphasized the importance of remembering the victims.

 After the film screening, Artsakh’s representative and member of the film crew, journalist Haykaram Nahapetyan answered questions, and priest of the St. Mary Armenian Church, Father Hovsep Karapetyan addressed the participants of the event.
