YEREVAN, MARCH 26, ARMENPRESS: On 26 March the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, according to which for substantial contribution to studying history of the NKR theatric art and presenting it to the public and in connection with the World Theatre Day head of the literary and art department of the "Stepanakert Dramatic Theater after Vahram Papazyan'' state non-commercial organization Karine Alaverdyan was conferred with the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the press service of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress about it.
