Armenian and Russian citizens, working legally in Russia, have equal rights: Yeganyan
YEREVAN, MARCH 6, ARMENPRESS: To work in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, the citizens of the Republic of Armenia are not required to have any permission document, including a patent. The Head of the State Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Yeganyan at the press conference held on March 6. “To stay and work legally on the territory of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, it is necessary to have a working or a civil agreement with the employer”, - said Yeganyan, Armenpress reports.
“Since January 2 2015 the citizens of the Republic of Armenia do not have to get a patent. We can state that in this case the citizens of Armenia and Russia have the same rights”, - clarified the Head of the State Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
