YEREVAN, MARCH 3, ARMENPRESS. The Azerbaijani side once again demonstrated its attitude towards the addressed statements of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to strictly observe the preservation of the ceasefire and to refrain from steps escalating the situation. As reports “Armenpress”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian stated this answering the question of Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian’s answer to Aravot.am news site:

Question: Mr. Minister how would you comment the escalation of situation on the borderline?

Edward Nalbandian: During the last few days the situation has again escalated on Armenia-Azerbaijan border and on the line of contact between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh due to the provocations of the Azerbaijani armed forces which has resulted in casualties.

The Azerbaijani side once again demonstrated its attitude towards the addressed statements of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to strictly observe the preservation of the ceasefire and to refrain from steps escalating the situation.

In the statement made following their latest visit to the region, the Minsk Group Co-Chairs noted that the Presidents had agreed to consider the proposals of the Co-Chairs that could strengthen the ceasefire. By the aforementioned provocation Baku yet again is displaying its disrespect to the proposals of the Co-Chairs.
