The incident connected to the UFO shows that the Azerbaijani authorities are neurotic to a certain extent,” Alexander Iskandaryan said, as “Armenpress” reports.

As far as the Minsk Group’s latest statement is concerned, the political scientist says it is, to a certain extent, different from previous statements and that it can be considered the fruit of the efforts of Armenian diplomats.
