YEREVAN, 24 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. Turkey’s Human Rights Association and the “Truth, Justice” Remembrance Center will speak in favor of Armenia and against Turkey during the January 28 trial for the case of Perinçek at the European Court of Human Rights, as “Armenpress” reports, according to Istanbul’s Armenian Jamanak newspaper. The Vice-President of the Human Rights Association of Turkey informed that the Association had submitted an envelope of relevant documents to the corresponding bodies and has now been informed that the application has been approved. 

The Association’s lawyer Eren Keskin went into the details on the documents and mentioned that Perinçek is known for his actions against the Armenians and for being head of the “Taleat Pasha” Committee involved in carrying out activities for denial of the Armenian Genocide. The other members of the Association mentioned that the documents in their envelope indicate the aspects of racial discrimination in Perinçek’s statements.
