Prosecutor General assures that the criminal will be punished in Armenia

On January 15, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Kostanyan will leave for Gyumri and will introduce the citizens of Gyumri to the whole procedure in relation to the case of Permyakov. This is what Kostanyan said during a press conference. “I would also like to address all citizens of Gyumri and the entire nation and say that this crime is a matter of national concern and our goal is to have the criminal be brought to justice by law. I assure you that the criminal will be held criminally liable in the territory of the Republic of Armenia and we will all see and have the chance to follow the entire procedure and see how he is brought to justice,” Armenia’s Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan told panorama.am.
“The Republic of Armenia will be consistent with bringing anyone having committed an assault against an Armenian citizen to justice,” the Prosecutor General added.
