The information spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan saying as if the Defense Army made a subversive attempt in the direction of Aghdam does not correspond to reality. As to taking hostage Arsen E. Baghdasaryan, then the Defense Army informs that the aforesaid person, a contract serviceman of the Defense Army, regularly left the constant place of his location, due to which, according to the command’s decision, he was dismissed from the service for the disciplinary violations.
The Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic informed “Armenpress” that the details regarding the incident are being clarified.
