YEREVAN, 25 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia Artak Shaboyan has presented Armenia’s Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan with a new statement on the monitoring of prices of several products at stores, as well as the prices of petrol and compressed natural gas at several gas stations in Yerevan, as press secretary of Armenia’s Prime Minister Gohar Poghosyan posted on her Facebook page, according to “ArmenPress”.

Based on the statement, on 16 December, 1 kg of sugar was AMD 395, AMD 482 on 17 December, AMD 401 on 18 December and AMD 369 on 25 December. The price of 180 g of sour cream with 18% fat remained unchanged during those days, making up AMD 250-60. On those days the price of 1 kg of butter with 82% fat was AMD 2,490-3,340, AMD 3,520-3,990 and AMD 2,930-3,300, respectively and ranged between AMD 2,600-3,060 on 25 December. From December 16 to 25, the price of 1 kg of cheese with 40-45% fat remained unchanged and made up AMD 2,450-2,590. The price of yogurt in a 450 g container and with 3.2% fat also remained unchanged, making up AMD 260-300. As for fuel prices in Yerevan, the price of 1 liter of “regular” petrol was AMD 460 on 16 December and AMD 470 on 25 December, while the price of 1 cubic meter of compressed natural gas was AMD 230 on 16 and 17 December and AMD 200 on 24 and 25 December.
