YEREVAN, 20 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan paid today a working visit to Lori Province. The President was introduced to the renovation of the 3.7 km M-6-Teghut highway in the Tumanyan region, had a meeting with residents of the Shnogh and Teghut villages, left for the copper-molybdenum mine of Teghut belonging to Vallex Group’s companies where he was introduced to the activities carried out in the mine and visited Teghut’s enrichment factory where he attended the inauguration of the factory.

As the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Structure of the Office to the President of the Republic of Armenia reports to “ArmenPress”, Serzh Sargsyan toured the factory, talked to the employees, including the company’s employees from the neighboring villages and participated in the solemn ceremony devoted to the end of construction of the mining complex in Teghut and the launch of production. During the ceremony, the President of the Republic of Armenia granted the 1^st degree of the Order “For Services Provided to the Homeland” to Merited Economy Worker of the Republic of Armenia, founding President of Grand Holding Hrant Vardanyan (posthumously), President of the Board of Directors of Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine CJSC Maxim Hakobyan and President of Vallex Group Valeri Mejlumyan.
