Armenia’s non-ruling factions to convene special session

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS: The non-ruling factions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia managed to collect 44 signatures, necessary to convene a special session. Armenpress reports that the session is to take place at 15:30. Issues related to the currency deflation and rises in prices will be discussed.
The Vice President of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov has already stated that they prefer the close discussion of the issue. Though the non-ruling factions support an open format discussion.
By the launch of the special session, the National Assembly will be discussing the agenda of the special session, initiated by the Government.
