YEREVAN, 27 NOVEMBER, ARMENPRESS. The response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in regard to the speech by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan shows the complete absence of arguments. According to “ArmenPress”, this is what speaker of Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan posted on his Facebook page. “The response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan to Minister Nalbandyan’s speech at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute shows the complete absence of arguments,” Balayan wrote.

At the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan delivered a speech devoted to Armenia’s foreign policy during which he emphasized that the downing by Azerbaijani armed forces of the helicopter of the Defense Army of Artsakh in training, which took the lives of three young military servicemen, is one of the last criminal provocations of Baku.
