Relatively fewer bombings in Aleppo

YEREVAN, 19 NOVEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Compared to this past summer, there have been quite a few bombings in Aleppo, particularly in the city’s Armenian-populated districts. However, one can hear intolerable sounds of missiles and bombs for 24 hours in the outskirts of the city. This is what Maria Gabrielyan from Aleppo’s news office reported to “ArmenPress”, mentioning that water and electricity are provided with interruptions. In spite of the high prices, there is currently more food available, including nuts, meats, herbs and fruits, and some factories have reopened.

“Armenian schools, as well as cultural centers and associations are legally operating as well,” Maria Gabrielyan mentioned.

According to Gabrielyan, the government had provided 200 liters of petrol to each family. In one or two months, the government will also provide another 200 liters of petrol to residents. The price of 200 liters of petrol is nearly USD 90.
