YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS: The Forbes ‘most powerful’ list is out and President Barack Obama is not the top name.

As reports "Armenpress" referring to Foxnews, Russian President Vladimir Putin ranks first on the list for the second year, with Obama coming in second.

The list takes into account leaders’ total sphere of influence, plus how they use their power – for good or for bad, which is what landed Putin at no. 1.

Pope Francis is no. 4 on the list, impacting 1.2 billion Catholics worldwide.

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is among the newcomers on the list, ranking 54th.

Only 10 people on the list are under 50, six of whom are in new technology.
