19:23, 30 October 2014YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, ARMENPRESS: Nikolay Rizhkov, the Russian Co-Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between Armenia and Russia, stated that Russia will be happy to see Nagorno Karabakh as part of Armenia.
Referring to Armenia’s affiliation to EEU without Nagorno Karabakh, Nikolay Rizhkov noted that when Nagorno Karabakh becomes a territory of Armenia, there will be no issue.
“You know the procedure: it is not possible to join the Union with unidentified borders. As soon as the Karabakh issue is settled, we will be glad to see it affiliated to the Eurasian Economic Union,” said Nikolay Rizhkov, Armenpress reports.
