Chinese-teaching Armenian school to become biggest in Eastern Europe

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, ARMENPRESS: The school with advanced Chinese courses, being established in Armenia, will be the biggest in the entire territory of the CIS and Eastern Europe. The Minister of Education and Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Armen Ashotyan informed about it at the session of the Government, Armenpress reports.
The agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Armenia and China on building a Chinese advanced teaching school was signed in September 2013. By the agreement, the Chinese side will allocate assistance of 27 million US dollars to the Armenian Government. “We want that the school becomes the biggest in the entire territory of the CIS and Eastern Europe”, - said the Minister.
