YEREVAN, OCTOBER 24, ARMENPRESS: Armenia has principled approach over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement and is against that the resolution of the conflict comes out of the OSCE Minsk Group format. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian stated about it at the joint press conference held on October 24 with his Lithuanian counterpart.

“The OSCE Minsk Group is the only structure, which has an international mandate of the conflict regulation. The attempts of the Azerbaijani side to transfer the discussion to another format platform are known and show that Baku tries to hinder the negotiations process. I do not think that the self reports could be good for the negotiations progress. On the contrary, they will inflame passions and spoil the atmosphere. The Azerbaijani side is interested in failing the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process”, - emphasized the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian.
