YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: An online exchange (market) may be founded between Armenian and Russian businessmen for strengthening the commercial ties. This will enable producers to form orders and find their suppliers, Director of the Armenian Development Agency (ADA) Robert Harutyunyan told Armenpress.

He stressed that thanks to the exchange the entrepreneurs will get acquainted with the orders of Russian companies and will organize appropriate production. “We will try to support that small companies get involved in that process,” Robert Harutyunyan said adding that taking into consideration the EEU affiliation document, we can use the information on the formed orders and arrange a corresponding production. It will also enable to add the export,” he stressed.

ADA Director said that the volumes of the export to Russia have already increased in the field of agriculture, and the import is at the same level, which means that our product is demanded.

He noted that besides being a commercial partner, Armenia serves for Russia as a corridor for entering the European market, because after the sanctions Russia has definitely frosted the commercial ties with EU.
