YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS: Contract serviceman David Victor Navasardyan was killed by the rival’s shot on the head at about 21:15 on October 1 2014 at one of the units of the Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The Department for Information and Public Relations of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that a criminal case has been filed on the case at the general military investigation agency of the Investigative Committee in accordance with the 13^th clause of the 2^nd part of the 104^th article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, out of motives of national hate.

Preliminary investigation is being carried out.
