YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS. The official farewell ceremony was held today in the Presidential residence for the President of Greece Karolos Papoulias, who paid a state visit to the Republic of Armenia. The Mass Media and Public Relations Department of the Armenian President’s Office informed “Armenpress” that before the ceremony, the heads of the two countries had a private conversation and highly appreciated the results of talks held within the framework of the visit. The Presidents are convinced that they will serve as a new impetus for the development of the Armenian-Greek friendly relations and expansion of cooperation in the fields of mutual interest.
