Strained relations of Russia and West not affected Rostelecom

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS: The strained relations between Russia and the West and the sanctions have not influenced the cooperation of Rostelecom and its western partners, Rostelecom Executive Vice-president Alexander Rogovoy said at a meeting with Armenian journalists in Moscow.
“Our relations with our Ukrainian partners have not changed under the recent events in Ukraine, and all the plans and projects are carried out. There is no negative turn in cooperation with our western partners,” stressed Alexander Rogovoy, Armenpress reports.
