Aronian plays draw with world champion

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS: The leader of the Armenia’s national chess team Levon Aronian played draw with the world champion Magnus Carlsen. The grand masters made 84 moves and agreed to draw. At the same time Hikaru Nakamura played with Fabiano Caruana and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave played with Veselin Topalov.
In the final round of the Saint Louis tournament Levon Aronian will face Fabiano Caruana, who has 8 points. Carlsen has got only 5 and Topalov – 4,5. Aronian places the penultimate.
