YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS: The official Stepanakert welcomes the tripartite meeting Sargsyan-Kerry-Aliyev in Wales and considers the key axis of the meeting to be the fact that the United States of America emphasizes that there is no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. “It is very important as the necessity to settle the conflict peacefully is emphasized. This is a message sent to Azerbaijan as well”, - David Babayan, the Spokesperson of the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan told Armenpress, stating that it was the most substantial part of the meeting.  

At the same time David Babayan believes that one should not think that everything will be settled during one meeting. “The fact that everybody insist on the peaceful settlement of the conflict is already a key idea”, - said Babayan.
