Diaspora Minister discussed with Armenian Ambassador to Iraq issues on involvement of Armenian community in programs of department

On August 2, the Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia Hranush Hakobyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Iraq Karen Grigoryan. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Press and Public Relations of the Ministry of Diaspora of Armenia, Minister Hakobyan congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him efficient work.
Hakobyan presented the programs of the Ministry of Diaspora, aimed at the preservation of the Armenian identity. Later on, the sides discussed issues related to the expansion of the involvement of the Armenian community of Iraq in these programs.
