YEREVAN, AUGUST 1, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, responding to the OSCE Minsk Group American Co-chair James Warlick's post, on its Twitter microblog has called on Azerbaijan to accept the proposals of Nagorno Karabakh, Armenia and OSCE Minsk Group on strengthening the ceasefire regime. As reports "Armenpress", the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs notes: "The best way to respect the cease-fire for Azerbaijan is to accept the proposals of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia and OSCE Minsk Group”.

The U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassador James Warlick on August 1 made the following note in his Twitter page: “We are seriously concerned about the recent upsurge in violence along the line of contact. The ceasefire needs to be respected.”

Earlier, on the 20th anniversary of the ceasefire the NKR Foreign Ministry reminded of the proposals previously put forward by the mediator aimed at supporting the consolidation of a ceasefire.
