- In your opinion, why is Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union being delayed?

- This question was answered many times by the Armenian authorities. Perhaps, there are technical problems

- How do you assess the Armenian diplomacy? There is an opinion that it is not successful.

- Madrid principles are on the negotiation table. If NKR returns to the negotiation table will it agree to negotiate on them?

- I have already noted the position of the NKR. Of course, the Madrid principles are unacceptable to us, unacceptable is what we see and hear in the media, statements of the Co-Chairs. I do not think that if NKR is a negotiating side, it will hold discussions on this issue. I am sure that in the end, when such a document is submitted to the NKR, the authorities and the population of Nagorno-Karabakh will not give any positive response.
