YEREVAN, JULY 26, ARMENPRESS. The Azerbaijani divisions opened fire in the direction of Movses, Aygepar, and Inner Karmiraghbyur border villages of Armenia’s Tavush Province in the night of July 25-26. According to the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan, the Armenian side responded, when the fire became regular. As reports “Armenpress”, in a conversation with the journalists Artzrun Hovhannisyan stated: “Fortunately, the Armenian side suffered no casualties or injured, while the rival was injured, about which we can’t say anything.”

Responding the question how long the fire lasted, Artzrun Hovhannisyan stated that the rival fired in different directions. Among other things, the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan underscored: “They fired in different parts for about 2-3 hours. We do not respond, when they sometimes fire irregularly; we respond, when shooting becomes intense.”
