YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS. NKR General Prosecutor's Office laid charges against the Azerbaijani intelligence-subversive group members arrested in Karvachar on July 14. As "Armenpress" was informed from NKR Prosecutor's Office during the preliminary investigation Dilham Askerov is involved as accused person and charges were laid against him in accordance with the NKR Criminal Code, Article 316 - espionage, Article 350, part 2 of the NKR Criminal Code - without proper authorization crossing of the state border of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh by an organized group, Article 245, part 3 of the NKR Criminal Code, carrying illegally firearms and ammunition by an organized group, Article 129, part 3, point 1 - outright kidnapping of a person, life-threatening violence with a use of weapon, crime committed against a youth by an organized group, Article 103, Part 2, points 3, 7 and 14 of the NKR Criminal Code, murder, combined with kidnapping by an organized group with national hatred motivation, and Article 33, and  part 2 - 1st, 7th and 14th points of the Article 103 of the NKR Criminal Code - murder attempt of two persons by an organized group with national hatred motivation.

Accused for the same case Shahbaz Guliyev was charged under the Article 316 - espionage, part 2 of the Article 350 of the NKR Criminal Code - intersection of the guarded state border of the NKR without proper authorization by an organized group, Article 245, part 3 of the NKR Criminal Code - illegal possession of arms and weapons by an organized group, Article 129, part 3, point 1 of the NKR Criminal Code - outright kidnapping with application of violence dangerous to life or health, the use of weapon against a youth by an organized group, Article 103, part 2, points 3, 7 and 14 of the NKR Criminal Code - murder of a person combined with kidnapping, with national hatred motivation by an organized group.
